On July 9th, 2006 Sensei Lori O'Connell hosted the JJBC Quarterly Technical Seminar in Richmond.
All who attended were treated to a very entertaining and informative session of control and pressure point control tactics that can be used after throwing the attacker to the ground.
Lori Sensei was then presented with her 3rd Dan by Ed Hiscoe Shihan.
