BROWNIES SELF DEFENCE

This course was taught at the Kelowna Dojo for a great group of girls.
Topics covered were presented in both an easy to understand and learn manner, allowing the girls to grasp the fundamentals of each technique.

The Brownies were a great group of little ladies and it was a pleasure to teach them.

EMPLOYEE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSE

Self Defense course held at the Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society.

During the Professional Development Day for the staff and out-reach workers of the Society, this fantastic and open minded group was treated to an assortment of practical effective and easy to use self defense tactics and proceedures as well a tactical communication.

Thanks for having us in, we enjoyed it. Thanks to Bryan Van for taking all the punishment as Uke.
